hello / hi / hey moi (for friends and other informal situations)
moikka (almost cutesy way to greet someone, very informal)
hei (slightly more formal)
good morning hyvää huomenta
good day hyvää päivää Like Australians, French, Germans and loads of other people, Finns actually use "good day" from about noon until evening. (I'm specifying because there is no "good day" in American English.)
good evening hyvää iltaa

Declarations
I love you (minä/mä) rakastan sinua/sua "sua" (=you) and "mä" (=I) are common language, "sinua" and "minä" are formal language. Subject is optional.
I hate you (minä/mä) vihaan sinua/sua The subject is optional.

Cussing

fucking x (example: fucking whore) saatanan x (saatanan huora) / helvetin x (helvetin huora) satan's whore / hell's whore
fuck vittu This is the most common cussword in Finnish and everybody uses it, no matter if they are male, female, old, or young. It actually means cunt and cannot be used as a verb to say something like "fuck you." In fact, the verb "cussing" in Finnish is "vittuilla," derived from "vittu."
cuckold aisankannattaja shaftholder, meaning a person whose male partner can't get it up
fag / fairy / gay, basically a negative word for gays homo / perseennussija Homo as in homosexual, fairly self-explanatory. The word is a common cussword, even in the gay scene. "Perseennussija" means "assfucker."

Terms of endearment
beauty (noun for female) kaunotar Basically this is a noun derived from the adjective is "kaunis" (=beautiful).
The suffix "-tar" makes the noun female, so "kaunotar" actually means "female beauty" and can't very well be used for a male.
handsome (noun for male) komistus the adjective is "komea" (handsome man = komea mies)
darling kulta Gold. "my darling": mun kulta / kultani.)

love rakas This is the noun for someone you love.
The feeling is "rakkaus,"
